Our ethos is our home's provide a safe and secure environment where children are cared for by a nurturing and understanding team. We encourage children to explore their own strengths and interests by guiding them to achieve their personal goals, whilst developing a sense of independence. We help children to build resilience through positive reinforcement and celebrating their achievements.
Our Care Model
Our home's adopt THE SECURE BASE MODEL. This offers a framework for therapeutic caregiving designed to strengthen resilience and guide children and young people toward a sense of security. For children to thrive, they need to feel safe and supported in their relationships with their caregivers. Our home's offer a safe haven for reassurance to assist healthy childhood development.
Our Approach
We recognise that children who come to live in our homes maybe especially vulnerable due to their experiences and individual needs. We ensure children's safety by having robust policies and procedures in place. All of our staff receive regular training to ensure all children in our home's are afforded the highest level of quality care.
